Brilliant. I think I will refer this post to the next person that tells me I am just doing reverse racism every time I talk about PoC and indigenous issues. You can’t be racist to someone who is white and descended from Europe. PoC can be judgemental against whites sure and some do fully out hate white folk, though I personally don’t, I know some fellow PoC who do, but that is not racism and who can blame them for being negative toward white folk. After all, it’s not like they haven’t done any atrocious and horrible things to different cultures and groups in the PoC, indigenous communities for centuries and have done within the last recent 100 or so years and still do now. Of course not. *rolls eyes* So when comes the day PoC has done all those things to white folk for a considerate amount of time, then we’ll sit down and talk about your term of “reverse racism” you speak highly of when it comes to us in the PoC and indigenous communities. Until then, shut the fuck up.

Actually you CAN be racist toward a white person. Racism is defined as hatred or intolerance toward another race. (ANY RACE) Saying that it is okay to hate on white people while it’s not okay to do so to others, is RACISM. And there is no such thing as “reverse racism”, only racism (which can come from anyone and point in any direction)! Our historical events do not give anyone the right to hate a white individual, I know i’m not responsible for what others do and I won’t take the heat for it! God some people are so fucking ignorant. Although racisms effects are strongest felt from white people who are the most common oppressors in the world, that does not mean that no one else is racist. That does not mean it is okay to be racist toward white people. If you are someone that beliefs in equality, than there is no other option that to treat every group equally no matter what the historical history is. If anyone says that they hate all white people or it is okay to hate white people based on what some white people have done, then you are just as fucking stupid and ignorant as the people you hate. 

I can say from personal experience that there are people out there that have hated me just for being a white male. Even thought demographically white males are the group that oppresses others the most, my being a white male does NOT automatically connect me to that behavior, nor does it make me responsible. That is no different thinking than the white males that people complain about. 

So what I’m saying is that, Racism can and does, come from and be directed, in any direction from any group! It is not defined as what white people do and others are very much guilty of it. And all that shit I read above, Really pissed me off!

This is really interesting. I like it.

A big loss in civil rights recently, as NC has banned gay marriage. It really amazed me how difficult this is, and that there are places where these values are so strong. I am baffled that these people have power in our country.

On an up note. Big things happening in California. Cali, may be the first state to make psychotherapy aimed at turning homosexuals straight illegal! Personally I think that our already established federal laws should prohibit this type of treatment. These places called “straight camps”, many for teenagers, where they try “fix” homosexuals. Our federal laws already prohibit mistreatment of people based on sexual orientation. Therefore places that define homosexuals as sick and in need of fixing, goes directly against our already established federal laws on discrimination.

So congratulations to California! I am very proud of them right now.
